By using our website or scheduling service with Jennings Junk Removal, you agree to these terms.

Estimates & pricing

Online and phone estimates are approximate. Final price is confirmed in person before any work begins, based on the actual volume and item types. You are not obligated to proceed if the on-site quote does not work for you.

Items we do not accept

We do not haul hazardous materials, liquid paint, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, or live ammunition. Mattresses, tires, and freon-containing appliances may carry an additional disposal fee.

Property & access

You confirm you have the right to dispose of all items being removed and that you authorize us to access the property to perform the work. We use reasonable care, but Jennings Junk Removal is not responsible for damage to floors, walls, or door frames in tight removals beyond ordinary wear.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion. We accept cash, card, and most digital payments.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule at any time before the crew arrives at no charge. Same-day cancellations after arrival may incur a small trip fee.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount paid for that service. Some states do not allow this limitation, so it may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
